The work on oneself is not an option but a necessity. The path toward awakening begins with recognizing our own psychological sleep. Life challenges are spaces of opportunities to grow spiritually. Much of human life unfolds mechanically through habits, reactions, identifications, and unconscious patterns that keep the consciousness trapped. As long as we live immersed in the fragmented experience of the ego this will remain unchanged.Through sincere self-observation, self-remembrance, and practical vigilance in daily life, we gradually begin to discover the multiplicity of egos operating within us and the illusions that dominate our inner world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Authentic spiritual work is not merely theoretical knowledge, emotional enthusiasm, or external practice; it is a profound inner transformation achieved through conscious super-effort from moment to moment. Every circumstance in life (whether pleasant or difficult), becomes an opportunity to know ourselves more deeply and awaken a greater degree of consciousness.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The challenge, therefore, is to live intentionally, to remain attentive, and to stop identifying with the countless psychological states that enslave us.
